I reached out to them a couple times and just didn’t hear back for days, which was annoying. When they finally did reply, it wasn’t really helpful anyway. Kind of a frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

The products are fine overall, but trying to change my subscription was way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to click around a bunch just to figure out where to skip or cancel, and the instructions weren’t very clear. What made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers depending on where I looked, so I wasn’t even sure what the right process was. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it definitely could be a lot easier.

I really wanted to like these, but the whole load size dosing thing ended up being more annoying than helpful. The first time I used them, I had a normal full basket of laundry and stood there trying to figure out if one sheet was enough or if I should use two. I went with one, but when I did towels later, it just didn’t feel like it was getting the job done. Then I tried using more, and suddenly I was going through the pack way too fast. It felt like every load turned into a guessing game, which is the last thing I want when I’m just trying to get laundry done. For me, it wasn’t clear or practical, so I don’t think I’d buy these again.

I really wanted to like this since it’s fragrance free, but after wash, my clothes still smelled kinda funky. I don’t expect perfume scent or anything, but I was hoping it would at least get odor out. For me, it just wasn’t worth the money.

I tried this twice i’m kind of disappointed. It did make the fabric smell a bit fresher, so I can’t say it did absolutely nothing, but the stains were still there after both tries. Maybe it works better on lighter marks, but for me it was frustrating...

The refund took way longer than I expected, which was frustrating at first. To be fair, it did come through in the end, and the support team wasn’t rude or anything, but the wait definitely could’ve been better

I bought this hoping it would actually get rid of the odor, but it didn’t do much for me. It seemed okay at first, but the smell came back quickly after I used it. Maybe it works better for really light odors, but in my case it felt like a waste of money. I also wasn’t really clear on what the next step was supposed to be if the smell didn’t go away, so that was frustrating too

I really wanted to like this, but the packaging was absolutely not it. There was so much extra plastic and filler in the box that I’m convinced they used twice as much as they needed to. For a cleaning brand, I expected smarter choices, no question. It just felt super wasteful and pretty much guaranteed I won’t be ordering again...

I tried using it on a cold wash and my clothes still came out looking dirty. I remember one weird detail: a tiny coffee splash on my sleeve was still in the exact same shape after the wash. Maybe it works better with warm water, but for cold washes it didn’t do much for me.

I ordered this thinking it would get here quickly, but the shipping was just really slow. The tracking barely updated, and it ended up showing up way later than I needed it. i don’t think I’ll be ordering again

It works okay overall, uh, I just don’t think the prices are very competitive compared to other options out there.

I was surprised by how much packaging this came with. For a cleaner brand, I kind of expected something a little more minimal or eco-conscious. Maybe I’m just extra aware of that stuff lately because my recycling bin fills up way too fast, especially with all the random boxes from online orders. The product itself may be fine, but the packaging felt a bit wasteful and not really in line with what I thought the brand was going for.

Unfortunately, my hands had other plans. After just a couple uses, they got itchy, dry, and red, and the redness stuck around into the next day. My skin is sensitive, but it usually doesn’t throw a fit that quickly unless something is harsh.

I’m sure they’re perfectly fine for people with skin that can tolerate more, which must be nice. But if your skin reacts easily like mine, I’d be careful. I stopped using them and won’t be buying again...

My dark clothes look washed out now, which is really frustrating. I had to go back through the load and figure out what was affected, and now it feels like extra work trying to fix clothes that were perfectly fine before.

Tried getcleanpeople. Didn’t love it. The site felt confusing, and I had to click around way too much just to find simple info. Maybe it works for others, but I got annoyed and gave up.
